Prairie Sky Co-operative is hiring a Store Manager in Milestone, Saskatchewan. As the leader of a small food store, you will be responsible for merchandising, financial management, and overall store management. This includes:
    Engage and interact with guests to create an exceptional guest experience
    Ensure merchandise is adequately displayed, stocked, and rotated
    Ensure orders are received properly, piece counts are conducted, and claims are processed
    Effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the reporting team members including recruitment and selection and learning and development
    Budget, administer and be responsible for the sales, margins, expenses, inventory and sales per employee hour
    Ensure maintenance on all equipment is completed according to schedule; follow all Health and Safety practices and regulations
    Lead the team to ensure engagement of team members, including meeting all Talent Management and Corporate Performance Management deadlines

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
    You have a high school diploma
    You have 1-3 years related experience in a food store or similar store setting with some Supervisory or Leadership Experience.
