Description

Seasonal Administrative Clerk
Waldheim
8 weeks Full-Time

The Seasonal Administrative clerk provides administrative support to the Executive Director and the District Office, assisting the District Leadership team with clerical and administrative duties to support district systems. The District Administrative Clerk will provide support to Program locations. They may be working from the District Office or may be assigned to support an area. They will be communicating to people within and outside of Christian Horizons to provide information about the organization.  


The District Administrative Clerk will respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Christian Horizons, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and respect in their dealings with other employees, persons supported and both internal and external stakeholders.

- Assist the District Leadership team with correspondence, mailings and other clerical duties. - Answer telephone calls; provide relevant information or direct calls to appropriate district office staff. - Greet and direct visitors as appropriate. - Manage both incoming and outgoing mail.  - Maintain district office program files for archiving. - Arrange bookings for district office rooms and equipment. - Manage and order office supplies. - Schedule meetings and take minutes as required. - Coordinate office volunteers and cleaning staff. - Maintain a professional and organized reception/office area.
