Regina Residential Resource Centre (RRRC) is a non-profit corporation operated by a volunteer
Board of Directors. RRRC is a Community Based Organization. We are dedicated to providing
support to individuals with intellectual disabilities. We focus on potential not disability.
RRRC is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Individuals to fill the position of Summer Recreation Programmer
The successful candidates will be responsible for supervision of the Individuals we support,
record keeping, personal care, daily housekeeping maintenance, and promote community inclusion.
Required qualifications include post-secondary education and related experience in Human
Services, a valid driver's license.
Training in PART and TLR would be an asset. The successful candidate must be able to work both independently and in a team setting, able to develop positive interpersonal relationships and will demonstrate sound judgement. The Summer Recreation Programmer will be open and honest in their communications with the Individuals, they will be patient, flexible and consistent in their interactions with Individuals.
