Job Duties:
-General office Covid-19 precautionary maintenance
-Filing
-Sorting client files received for further processing
-Inner-office file distribution & requests
-Supplies maintenance
-Telephone backup
-Coffee room & general office maintenance
Hours of Employment:
-This is a 1/2 day permanent position
-Monday to Friday
-1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Helpful Attributes:
-Some administrative experience
-Typing proficiency
-Familiarity with Acct'g/Bkpg process
