Facility: SHAUNAVON HOSPITAL & CARE CENTRE
Job Description: Under the direction of the Director Primary Health Care, Network #4, the Health Services Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and supervision of staff at the Health Facility.  The Health Services Manager is also accountable for the overall planning, budgeting, coordination and implementation of health services at the Health Facility to ensure quality health services are provided in an efficient and effective manner.  The Health Facility offers a wider range of services including 24-hour emergency acute care, long term care, lab and x-ray and support services.
Required Qualifications

Licensed and in good standing with regulatory body, if applicable
Undergraduate degree in Health, Social Sciences or Administration
Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
Experience, at an operational level, as a leader who has developed and led innovative planning and programs in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a health care organization or a combination of education, professional leadership training and experience will be considered.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Valid drivers license
Ability to adapt to change or unexpected developments
Basic knowledge of the LEAN management system
Demonstrates a commitment to a diverse, culturally competent and culturally safe work environment and representative workforce
