Serve as the point person for customers receiving service
Open work orders for warranty, internal, and customer pay
Warranty completion of claim process: pre-authorization, pending approval, feedback required, approved, convert to claim, submit claim and close work order in IDS
Obtain manufacturer pre-approval for each claim
Obtain pre-authorization time and parts required for each work order
Order the required parts, or ensures all parts are available, for the work order
Ensure all parts have been added to each work order
Ensure tech time and notes of work performed makes sense and is correct
Keep customers up to date on the status of their work
Look up flat rate times and ensure techs time is reasonable
Close work orders and warranty claims in IDS once payment has been received
Check in new trailers and takes photos of new units
Submit Dealer Acceptance Forms
Create and maintains necessary files
