The Container Guy is looking for a full time, permanent, office administrative assistant in a busy industrial office.
The position would include, but is not restrictive to, the following:
-Assisting customers with seacan purchases and rentals via phone, email and in person
-Scheduling container deliveries with fellow staff, drivers and customers
-Various booking keeping tasks (creating invoices, accounts receivables, entering/paying bills, reconciling, filing, etc.)
-Setting up rental accounts and daily billing of rentals
-Supporting our dealer locations with paperwork/billing
Required Skills/Traits:
-Knowledge of Quickbooks
-Customer service/phone skills
-Basic bookkeeping skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Flexible
-Able to work independently and in a team setting
-Good communication with fellow co-workers and customers
-Able to handle stressful situations that may arise
-Quick learner
-Strong attention to detail
Assets:
-Previous dispatch experience
-Previous sales experience
-Experience with Google Sheets
