WUQWATR Inc. (Wascana & Upper QuAppelle Watersheds Association Taking Responsibility) is a not for profit NGO that works with stakeholders primarily in our 23,443 square kilometre watershed. In partnership and collaboration with the Water Security Agency, ALUS and the Ministry of Agriculture.  WUQWATR delivers innovative watershed management and source water protection to all stakeholders.
WUQWATR is looking for a result oriented AETS to provide quality programming to our communities and stakeholders in Agriculture and land ownership.  The successful candidate will be responsible for records management, fiscal responsibilities, monthly, quarterly and year end reporting. Maintenance and provision of statistical data is mandatory to report FSP & FRWIP applications.
    The successful candidate will be committed to service excellence, is self-motivated and approaches their work with professionalism and innovation. The successful candidate will have knowledge of:computer applications such as MS Office Suite, Arc GIS, and operating systems. To encourage an understanding of farm stewardship and beneficial management practices (BMPs)
    Deliver Canadian Agricultural Partnership (CAP) programs including but not limited to Farm Stewardship Program (FSP) and the Farm and Ranch Water Infrastructure Program (FRWIP).
    Coordinate technical support for producers to successfully plan and develop projects through the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Security Agency, deliver information to RM Councils, stakeholders or other agencies as required.
Will possess a degree or diploma in an agricultural, environmental or natural science related degree or diploma. The candidate must have a reliable vehicle (and be willing to drive on gravel roads)
    Organize and host information and workshops throughout the term to inform producers and educate them about the beneficial management practices (BMP) and issues concerning the watershed. Strong communication skills for social media and web info.
