The Assistant Manager supports the Fashion Manager to achieve sales objectives, improve employee performance, and ensure efficient store operations. The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing sales, customer service and merchandising leadership to employees, as well as projecting the company's culture and image.
Applicants must possess:
- 1-2 years of retail management in Fashion Retail Sales.must provide references
- strong management time management, and priority setting skills.
- must be able to work independently and be able to confidently assess the needs of the department
- have experience merchandising, displaying clothing, jewelry and other related goods
- must be able to work some evenings and most weekends and be flexible with schedules.
- must have strong customer service skills and be confident with up-selling and tie in sales.
