Job Description: Maintains all aspects of staff scheduling while adhering to collective bargaining agreements and staffing guidelines of all departments within the scheduling office.
Required Qualifications
Office Administration certificate
Experience
Previous: Twelve (12) months previous experience working in an office environment to develop organizational skills and gain an understanding of functional requirements of the organization.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Summary of Duties:
Maintains staff schedules, adhering to collective bargaining agreements and replaces staff as required. Orders and maintains medical, office and resident supplies and performs clerical duties.
112 hours of work in a 3 week rotation.
