Description

The Moose Jaw Non-Profit Housing Corporation is currently accepting applications for the position of Resident Caretaker at one of its properties located in Moose Jaw.

The successful applicant will live in the property, while providing daily cleaning services in all common areas of the building, as well as all exterior building work and landscaping.

These services will include, but are not limited to:
  Vacuuming, sweeping mopping floors regularly;
  
  Cleaning laundry rooms regularly;

  Cleaning and disinfecting all common surfaces
   regularly, such as doors, elevator, post
   boxes, hand rail, etc;

  Ensuring all exterior snow and debris removal
   is completed promptly when required  always
   ensuring the safety of the public;

  Communicate regularly with the Moose Jaw Non-
   Profit Housing Corporation with concerns and
   maintenance requirements;

A contract will be provided to the successful applicant to provide these services in return for living accommodations on-site.
