Ranch Ehrlo Society is a charitable organization dedicated to providing a range of quality assessment, treatment, education, support, and community services that improve the lives of children, youth, adults and their families.

Ranch Ehrlo Society is seeking a Director of Information Technology.  The Director of IT will be responsible for the management, strategy and execution of the IT infrastructure.  They will oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals and direct the effective delivery of networks, vendor applications, and disaster recovery systems and processes that enhance mission-critical business operations.  The Director of IT will work closely with the leadership team to translate business needs into viable cost-effective technology solutions.

This position is responsible for the leadership, integrity and management of IT to ensure it meets the growing needs of the agency in alignment with the corporate strategy, mission and business objectives.  The Director of IT will be expected to build a strong network of business relationships internally with Ranch Ehrlo staff and externally with suppliers, and service providers; and keep up to date with IT trends and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in information science, computer science or business-related degree and at least five years related experience managing and/or directing an IT operation.  They will possess proven experience in IT infrastructure strategic planning and development, project management and policy development.  Certifications such as those provided by IIBA, ISACA, (ISC)2, PMI, ITIL and Microsoft would be an asset.
