The Enterprise SDR will be responsible for filling the Enterprise pipeline with quality leads that our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) can turn into Partners. They will prospect, strategize, communicate, and engage with senior-level decision-makers and executives of Enterprise organizations (100+ employees) globallyacross multiple industriesand schedule the prospect into a live demonstration with the Enterprise BDR.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of Enterprise customers
Assess and qualify Enterprise prospects from inbound/outbound leads generated by our marketing team
Strategize, iterate on, and implement creative ways to connect with Enterprise decision-makers
Manage and work towards a daily touch goal (50) and monthly presentation goal (15) and striving to exceed these expectations
Book presentations for our Enterprise Business Development Representatives to complete and close
Qualifications
3-5 years experience in sales, customer service, and/or call centre; experience in software considered an asset
Ability to consistently achieve or exceed set goals
Exceptional pipeline management skills
Familiar with technical concepts and ability to learn quickly
Familiar using messaging, email, video marketing to formulate connection methods that work; committed to learning and executing on new marketing tactics
Energetic, upbeat, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Resourceful and curious individual with a sharp intellect and the ability to pick things up quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to adjust to evolving business needs with ability to understand objectives and communicate with business and technical partners
