Description

The Night Nurse is part of a team providing services to mental health clients in a community based setting. The Night Nurse is responsible for providing front-line recovery-orientated services that will assist residents in planning & implementing their individualized wellness plans. Responsibilities include providing direct nursing related support including medication management & monitoring health conditions. The Night Nurse must work effectively as a team member & model a pro-active approach, flexibility, tolerance, perseverance & competence in counselling, assessment, & crisis management situations. Must possess a valid drivers license & have access to a vehicle for work purposes including the transportation of residents. Applicants must provide your current registration &/or be eligible for professional registration.
