The Opportunity
Working with our team as a technical support rep, you love to talk to customers on the phone and offer technical solutions. You use attention to detail when booking service appointments. You work hard to assist our service department as an integral part of a winning team.

Responsibilities:
-Assisting customers by answering questions and troubleshooting issues
-Managing voicemail and email customer requests
-Booking service appointments
-Answering phones and assisting with office duties
Qualifications:
Grade 12
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to follow technical instruction manuals and research solutions online
