Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description: Provide professional, courteous customer service predominantly via telephone
Job Location: North Battleford
Duties:
Answer telephone and relay calls and messages
Schedules customer pickups
Process incoming mail, emails, and faxes
Complete paperwork and data entry
Assist customers with account-related requests
Provide information about Company products and services
Greet visitors, enquire to the nature of their business and direct them to the appropriate person
Inside sales of short term orders
Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between departments
Assist the Administration Supervisor as required
Completes other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Previous experience preferred
Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Able to work in a fast paced environment at times
Strong attention to detail
Computer literate, including effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office
