David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for an Accounting Administrator for a term position.
This is an evolving position and responsibilities may shift over time.
The Role:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Distribute invoices for authorization
Pay bills
Update and maintain vendor accounts
Post customer payments
Processing, coding, and entering supplier invoices
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 3 years experience in a comparable position
Post-secondary education in accounting preferred
Experience with QuickBooks or Sage / Simply Accounting
Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
The successful individual will have an eye for detail and be able to perform duties accurately within given time constraints. Professionalism, teamwork, and customer service skills are absolute musts!!
