David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a leader in their industry to recruit a Human Resources Coordinator for a term position.
Our customer requires someone who can assist the HR Manager in creating databases within their new HRIS along with other generalist duties. If this sounds like you, I want to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
Assist the human resources department with administrative duties including drafting letters of offer, preparing documentation for new hires, acting as a back-up resource for conducting new hire orientations, assisting with other onboarding functions, answering any candidate inquiries as required, maintaining HRIS audit reports and other HR-related reports, act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefit coverage.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Human Resources Management - completion or working towards the CHRP designation
Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist
Superior attention to detail
Confidence and professionalism to deal with a variety of individuals at all levels. Excellent customer service skills
Ability to take on a variety of challenges and multi-task effectively
Excellent MS Office skills
