David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to assist them in recruiting a Service and Process Manager to assist them in managing, optimizing, and growing the sales capacity, enabling them to achieve their aggressive sales targets.
Our client serves a niche market with customized financial products designed to be leveraged for meeting the planning needs of owners of privately held mid to large-sized Canadian businesses. They are experiencing extremely rapid growth and are looking for driven, personable, detail-oriented, client-focused people with excellent analytical and communication skills to take on this very crucial position within their company.

Duties of the Position:
Support the sales and operations teams in servicing current clients, schedule maintenance of files, prioritize, and optimize the client experience.
Service current client files, managing timelines, and support increased revenue opportunities.
Develop and increase service capacity, ensuring faster throughput of client files.
Help optimize the performance of sales force members by ensuring they are focusing on the right opportunities, assigning proper resources, and enforcing proper and timely follow up.
Develop processes to effectively service client files and support new sales opportunities.

Educational Background & Experience:
University degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business discipline.
5+ years in a Sales or Project Management role with demonstrated experience building and maintaining constructive, cooperative relationships at all levels of the client experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales and operations processes.
Demonstrated success over an extended period in developing and executing sales strategies.
Demonstrated experience forming, managing, and mentoring teams.
