The McCord Co-op is currently looking for a self-motivated General Manager to direct and manage the organizations business activities for a one-year term. Duties will include (but are not limited to): engaging with vendors/ordering products, ensuring good customer service, hiring and training employees, maintaining daily operations of the company and meeting business objectives.
The successful candidate for this role should possess: excellent communication skills, good knowledge of different business functions, the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently, intermediate computer skills, strong leadership qualities and be highly organized with a strong work ethic.
