David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Service Writer/Parts Representative.
This is a temporary full-time opportunity located in the Saskatoon region. If you are a reliable team player, with experience in the transportation or automotive industry, this may be the right opportunity for you!

The Role:
Undertake all activities related to parts or service documentation
Maintain computerized customer profile information
Create work orders, enter related details on the companys network, prepare service/repair instructions as well as lists of required parts
Assist in scheduling timelines for work orders
Ensure accurate communication between departments
Document management, data entry, accurate inventory tracking

Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building positive relationships
Very organized
Strong work ethic
Innovative problem-solving skills along with the ability to learn and adapt
Computer savvy with good typing skills and the ability to navigate Excel
