Job Order Detail

Description

Job Overview:    
    Work directly with customers for inquires, sales, service, and warranty
    Trouble Shoot technical problems with customers
    Generate sales quotes
    Process and follow up on sales order entries, warranty claims, and update existing orders as required
    Develop customer delivery schedules
    Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
    Research and generate new customer leads and contacts

Requirements:
    Minimum of 1 year related experience
    Minimum of Grade 12 Diploma
    Agricultural background is preferred
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with high levels skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
    Speak, listen and write in a clear and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
    Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast paced environment
    Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high pressure situations
    The ability to be self-motivated and self-teach
    Must possess a valid drivers license as some travel may be required
