Description

Requirements
-    BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field is required;
-    Knowledge of real estate, infrastructure, and private equity investments;
-    Proven working experience as an Investment/Financial Analyst or similar roles;
-    Solid understanding of financial set-up, procedures, statistics and economics;
-    A good sense of customer service, as well as good marketing skills;
-    Strong numeric skills, excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills;
-    Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
-    Self-motivated, independent, deadline-oriented, willing to travel.
Responsibilities
-    Examine and assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies;
-    Look back at previous investment decisions and the thought process of making the investment decision;
-    Liaise with fund managers and network with industry professionals;
-    Monitor closely financial press and keep a track of market trends, opportunities, risks and new investment products;
-    Compile advisory reports and make informed recommendations on new investment opportunities and funds that could enhance or diversify portfolios;
-    Provide creative alternatives and recommendations by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses to reduce costs and improve financial performance;
-    Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope;
-    Suggest budgets and improvements based on the above information;
-    Perform other related duties as required from time to time.
