Description

SGI is looking for the following IT professionals to support the Digital Transformation that is taking place:

Identity Analyst  This position is responsible for the execution of centralized provisioning of user identities and accounts, protection and authentication of identities, and the authorization to access resources and/or perform certain actions. They are also responsible for the administration and integration of identity platforms with business applications to streamline the provisioning of access across SGIs hybrid cloud environment.

Senior Operations Analyst  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper technical, operational and business KPIs (key performance indicators) are identified, monitoring is configured, and implementing the integration of these alerts into SGIs ITSM application. They are also responsible for designing, implementing, and sharing queries within the Azure Monitor space or other monitoring tools. This role leads internal IT Operations root cause analysis reviews, provides feedback to the Operations Analyst for changes, and approves for further review. They finalize actions items to be implemented and lead root cause analysis reviews with all IT departments to gain alignment of the action items, assign to correct departments, and set due dates for implementation. In addition the Senior Operations Analyst owns implementing any action item assigned to IT Operations. This position will also lead the change advisory board meeting and provide approvals for all necessary IT change requests. They will review the change request audit and implement changes to the IT change management process. This role has added responsibilities of trending and reporting on incidents, problems, and change requests, ensuring processes are followed and SLAs are met.
