Powerland is looking for a Tier 2 Systems Administrator to join our Regina team.
Responsibilities:
Supporting and managing servers, storage, personal computers, printers, associated software and communication on site and remotely.
The role requires the ability to be a part of a team and communicate effectively with end users that have a wide-ranging technology comprehension.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience supporting personal computers and printers
* 1+ years of experience with servers, networks and virtualization
* Understanding of IT principles
* Experience with securing data, network access and backup systems
* Experience and understanding of O365, Active Directory and Microsoft Server Operating Systems
* Strong customer service and verbal skills
* Solid troubleshooting skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
* Quick learner
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to do other IT and Telecommunication Installations
* Industry certifications related to the above are a definite asset
* Apple experience would be an asset
* Experience using PSA and RMM's is an asset
* Industry related training and certifications an asset
* Previous managed services experience an asset
A clear criminal record check and valid driver's license is required for this position.
