Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for instructing courses from the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Continuing Care Assistant program.  Courses are delivered part-time on a module by module basis.  Responsibilities include lesson planning, developing and delivering practical and theoretical instruction through either a blended modality with a potential for 100% online, evaluating student performance, and providing reports as required.

Required Qualifications:

B. ScN is preferable, however a R.N./R.P.N. with diploma is acceptable if the applicant has extensive experience in continuing care and gerontology.

Must maintain a current Registered Nurse designation.

Willing and able to work from home, this includes: possessing the ability to self-motivate, having a sufficient internet connection and a dedicated, quiet work space.

Ability to access files remotely.  

Demonstrated familiarity with the tools and technologies that support working from home.  e.g. Teams, Office 365, Web Access Plus, Moodle, Outlook, etc.

Satisfactory Criminal Record Check will be required.
