We are looking for a Retail Finance Manager; this role may be based out of any of our Pattison Agriculture locations. This role is responsible for promoting all aspects of the business of John Deere Financial(JDF), assisting sales via support with the sales finance process for Pattison Agriculture. Candidate is expected to market services provided by JDF as set by the company, bringing value around the Pattison Agriculture Brand.

Key Responsibility areas include:
Create custom finance programs in collaboration with Branch/Sales Managers with a key focus on aged inventory and market share growth; Provide assistance to sales dpmt through support with the sales finance process; Manage the JDF lease Maturity process; Provide finance expertise to aid in structuring deals; Monitor JDF Multi-Use market share performance, program utilization and drive increased utilization; Train and support sales staff on initiatives within the retail finance field; Manage and monitor dealer fund programs; Maximize CERES Revenue Enhancement opportunities; Interact directly with customers, providing advice; Manage inventory reserveswith a target funds on aged pieces; Provide insight on competitive & inline programs as well as market developments; Review non John Deere programs

Successful candidate must have: a valid drivers license and be willing to travel; Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities; strong interpersonal and communication skills, related post-secondary education and previous experience in the Agriculture Equipment industry is an asset.
