A busy Esso Gas Station and Convenience store in Gull Lake, SK is hiring a Retail Sales Supervisor.

Requirement:    
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience
- Able to work on evening, weekend shift and flexible shift
Work Location: Hwy-1 & Hwy-37 JCT., Gull Lake, SK, S0N 1A0
Wage & Benefits:
- $17.00 - $18.00/hr depending on experience
- 5.8% paid Vacation
Working hours: 30-35 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)
Main duties:
- Prepare reports regarding budget, sales volumes, merchandising, and daily reconciliations
- Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules
- Monitor and make appropriate adjustments to scheduling to achieve labour cost
- Authorize payments and the returns of merchandise
- Maintain inventory and order necessary merchandise
- Order, receive, price, and display merchandise assigned by the manager
- Train or make arrangements for training of new staff
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Sell merchandises to customers if necessary
