Description

Successful candidate will be expected to have full knowledge of the main aspects of our operation so that they can oversee other workers as well as complete the tasks themselves.

Must be honest and reliable, self motivated, hard working and physically fit. They must be able to work well with others and take direction as well as give it.Should not be afraid to ask questions.

Must have experience with large, modern farm equipment - including but not limited to tractors,seeders, sprayers, swathers,combines,grain carts, augers and skid steers. Being mechanically inclined would be a benefit. Having your A1 license would be preferred.

Must be willing to do whatever task is required be it field work, yard or building maintenance.
