O/A Extreme Pita located at Midtown Plaza Extreme Pita, Suite 3, 201 1st Ave South, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1J5, is looking for a Restaurant Manager with minimum of one year of experience in managing restaurant or similar establishment. Pay per hour will be $22.00, it's negotiable depending upon experience. This is permanent full time position. Applicant is expected to have good communication and management skills.
Job duties are some of the following:
Organize and manage the operation of the restaurant.
Maximizes restaurant profitability and meet restaurant financial objectives.
Recruit staff and train the restaurant staff.
Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed.
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Negotiate arrangement with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Manage restaurant budget.
Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
