Job Description: The incumbent is responsible for overall direction and supervision of nursing care in the Operating Room and Post Anaesthetic Recovery and the provision, from Central Supply, of adequate clean, sterile medical surgical supplies through judicious planning and efficient management of human and material resources, in accordance with the philosophy, goal, objectives and policies of the Acute Care facility and the former Prairie North Regional Health Authority.  The Nurse Manager is also responsible for promoting public relations by fostering communications and cooperation between the nursing unit, the rest of the facility and the region at large.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing, completion of a recognized nursing diploma or a combination of experience with a recognized diploma management course.
Current registration with Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association.




Geographic Location: North Battleford
Expected Start Date: August 4, 2020
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: In a 1 week rotation: 5 shifts of 7.50 hours
