We are not looking for a media management company.
We are looking to groom someone for an in-house position.

Office Assistant/Media Co-ordinator position will incorporate all aspects of our business and tell our story online, encouraging interaction from our social media audience.  Ideally, you will have done posts in a business setting and are comfortable being on camera.  

The successful candidate will be well acquainted with Facebook and Instagram media platforms, and willing to learn other popular social media programs.  A valid drivers license is ideal as we have two locations in Saskatoon. Ideally the candidate would be familiar with Iphone and with both PC and Mac platforms.

You will work closely with our staff and outside Media Advisor and must be able to take direction from multiple personnel.  The successful candidate will also be responsible for learning how to do basic updates and maintenance for our website and create basic media to display seasonal greetings and store specials.  Computer literacy and creativity will be important in this position.  Attention to detail, including spelling and grammar is key.  
Positive attitude and ability to cooperate and coordinate with others, reliability and accountability are a necessity. You will be responsible for creating and managing your timelines and successfully meeting deadlines set.  The successful candidate must have a clean criminal record check and must be insurable and bondable.
The successful candidate will be working directly with store staff, and from time to time with clients, to create pictures and videos for posting.  The successful candidate must be willing to learn and participate in all aspects of the business.
