As the Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate the operational aspects of the administration of the Operations Division by coordinating the administration of the water and wastewater training program, administer the Operations training budget, manage the logistical arrangements and minute taking for various Operations meetings and maintain corporate records ensuring accuracy, integrity and security.
To qualify for this position, you will have a Diploma in Business Administration or similar program and a valid Saskatchewan drivers license. You have working knowledge of administrative best practices, record keeping systems and basic accounting principles and practices. You have a demonstrated ability in the operation of spreadsheet, presentation, database and other corporate specific software programs, as well as in the operation of a variety of office equipment. You have the ability to set priorities and work under deadlines, the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, the public and outside agencies to promote and maintain a positive corporate climate and skill in written and verbal communications.
This position may be located in Moose Jaw or Saskatoon.
Special Requirements: The position requires the incumbent to undergo a Criminal Record Check.
