We are hiring a temporary FT position, expected to last two weeks to finish existing an renovation project (possibility of extension).

Responsible for the completion of a renovation project at The Lighthouse. Will install ceiling tiles, flooring, doors, paint walls, etc. Keep the job site clean and organized by putting away their own tools and materials after use, sweeping up, and performing other cleaning tasks.

Main Job Duties Include:
-Install building materials to build frames for buildings/structures
- Perform finishing construction worker (hanging drywall, insulation, paneling, etc.)
- Performing painting duties
- Capable of tasks associated with renovation, demolishing, dry-walling, mudding, painting, floor, and bathroom room assembly
- Install light fixtures
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties

Requirements:
- Any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 75 pounds
