Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, this position will be responsible for leading the team with day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Moose Jaw Co-ops values, mission and vision.  You will prepare, implement and be responsible for the sales, margins, expenses, inventory and productivity of the HBC and OTC Department. The successful candidate will have high standards in merchandising and customer service, and the ability to organize and lead a team in achieving organization and department goals.
