Royal Ford is looking for a full time parts Advisor/ Manager.Manage and coach all associates in the department.Know and manage all systems.We are looking for someone to play a key role in creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Arrange and hold department meetings.Required to do all scheduling for the Parts Dept.This professional is responsible for accurately tracking, stocking and monitoring parts inventory, as well as assisting the technician in locating the parts needed for service.The parts manager will resolve discrepancies between computerized inventory and the physical inventory of parts, verify invoices, as well as work to meet the customer's needs This position is better suited for an individual with attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Essential Skills:
-Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
-Parts managerial/sales experience  is preferred
-Automotive Parts knowledge required
-High attention to detail
-Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
-Computer Skills required
-Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to work required
- EXCEL in Customer Service
Shift Details: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm, with Saturday rotation.
