ROYAL HONDA SERVICE MANAGER
You will be accountable for:
- 3 Technicians, 1 Detail Associate, 1 Receptionist, 1 Parts & Service Adviser
- Identify customer service trends.
- Prepare a business plan with budget and objectives.
- Leading a high performing, collaborative service department that achieves long term, consistent growth.
- Managing and improving the service department processes to Provide Quality service.
- Managing the day to day operations, recognizing what is in the best interests of the department, company and customers; making decisions accordingly.
- Coordinating work flow through the shop ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time
- Managing work flow and warranties.
- Employee satisfaction including directing & monitoring development.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in service operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills as well as dynamic and inspiring leadership skills.
