Description

We are looking a permanent part time Office Administrative Assistant for Moose Jaw Extendicare.  This is an unionized position and has a guarantee of 186.5 hours/ 6 week schedule but will have hours added to make up close to full time.  The hours are 11:00am - 7:30pm and 1:30pm- 7:30pm and this does involve weekends as you get every 3rd weekend off.

You are the first person of contact coming into the building so customer service skills need to be high and because we work with the vulnerable sector.

EDUCATION: Office Administration Certificate

EXPERIENCE: 12 months previous in an office setting

KEY ACTIVITIES (but not limited too):

*Administrative Support/ Clerical Duties
*General Office Duties
*Reception/Telephone
*Client/Staff Scheduling
*Financial/Payroll (Accounts Payable/Receivable)
*Perform health record duties ( assemble charts, filing, culling charts etc.)
