Key Responsibilities, Essential Duties & Standards of Performance:
- Assist with creating a business database within the MSMA Region and surrounding area.
- Engage with area businesses, collect and enter business information into the online database.
- Assist businesses in accessing their online profile and instruct on maintenance and updating.
- Introduce and direct business contacts to the completion of an online marketing survey.
- Provide information on online platform options.
- Connect with the team on database related matters on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Ability to work from home and have reliable internet and phone service
Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
Previous experience with data entry and online platforms
Networking or knowledge of business networks within the MSMA Region & area would be an asset
