The Birch Narrows Dene Nation (BNDN) is currently recruiting for the key management role of Health Director. This is a permanent full-time position within the Band Office of BNDN. Working under the support and supervision provided by the Office Manager, the Health Director has the overall responsibility for the implementation and delivery of the Health, Child Care, and Child and Family Services programs as well as the Human Resources and office management for BNDN. This position will ensure a high standard and quality of services are delivered in accordance with the Community Health Directional Plan, will direct the human resource management programs, coordinate all office operations, liaison with various authorities and agencies, and ensure that all program funds are managed in a responsible manner.
