Description

We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for our Bucks Auto Parts location in Regina, Saskatchewan. The Operations Manager coordinates all aspects of site operations including but not limited to; sales, production, purchasing, customer service and managing a team.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for staffing scheduling and managing the day-to-day operations of the site
- Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and implemented
- Prepares operating reports for the management and operations team
- Responsible for the overall safeguarding of company assets
- Partner with all internal corporate support resources to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies to achieve results
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Develop and maintain equipment maintenance schedule

Requirements:

- Minimum of a 3 years management or leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, automotive or distribution
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have the ability to reconcile sales, prepare reports and read technical manuals
- Able to handle multiple priorities while performing quality work in an efficient manner with minimal supervision
- Able to work required hours which includes weekends and holidays and also at any site assigned within reasonable distance from home site
