What you will do:
As the Agro Division Manager, you are responsible for developing the strategic plan and overseeing the operations of our Agro and Petroleum teams in our trading area, with an annual sales volume exceeding $41 million. You will ensure the Agro and Petroleum teams are engaged, professional, and provide a high level of customer service.  

Who you are:
You have a post-secondary education in Agriculture with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in retail agriculture. You are familiar with retail sales and account management. You are honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and you create new and better ways for the organization to be successful.
