If this sounds like you, apply to join the SGI Claims Operations division as the Manager, Injury Claims Compliance. This role is responsible to monitor Claims Operations compliance with Corporate Claims audits, standards and procedures, regulatory requirements and governance protocols as they relate to injury claims processing. Using your ability to engage others through effective communication and empowerment, youll provide guidance to claims branches on complex claims to ensure consistency and support legal in the settlement and appeal process. In collaboration with Corporate Insurance, you will evaluate and recommend changes to injury claims handling policies, processes and procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity after all, were counting on you. We are looking for candidates who have a four year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as business or social sciences and a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Candidates should have at least four years leadership experience with progressively challenging responsibility and ten years experience in a field related to injury claims adjusting, including appeal and/or mediation experience. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
