The YMCA of Regina is looking to hire a Membership Experience SUPERVISOR, to assist with the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences for our members and volunteers. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with advanced sales skills and entry level management or supervisory experience.

Our Membership Experience Supervisor works a standard 37.5/hours per week, five days per week and schedules may include evening and weekend shifts.


Membership services is the faces and voices of our team! As a supervisor of this great crew, you will:

- Welcome and direct customers in person and over the phone to the most appropriate programs and services to meet their needs or health goals, while optimizing their opportunities for personal growth.

- Supervise and lead small teams (5-7 employees).

- Schedule employee shifts according to the business needs and employee availability.

- Provide outstanding customer service to members, volunteers and staff.

- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office programs and membership databases, experience with ActiveNet, an asset.

- Successful candidate must be a proficient with problem solving and decision making.

- Strong ability to sell and promote memberships and services

- Possess advanced communication skills.

- Education or experience in fitness would be considered a valuable asset.
