Lake Country Co-op is accepting applications for a Full Time Temporary(18 Months)Sales Agronomist at our White Star Agro location.

Lake Country Co-op has been proudly serving our members and our 16 communities for 80 years! We are a very diverse and dynamic Co-operative with retail commodities that include food, lumber, fuel and c-stores, hardware, agro, fertilizer, bulk petroleum, feed, and wine,spirits,beer.

What you'll do:
-to provide Legendary customer service
-sales of crop inputs, nutrition products and farm equipment through the development of customer and supplier relationships
-assist in field scouting and the collection of soil samples-sales of crop protection and nutrition products
-receive, distribute, and load fertilizer and crop protection products
-maintain environmental compliance
-fertilizer blending and handling
-maintain inventory control, ordering, and data reporting
-other duties as assigned

Who you are:
-farm/Ag experience is required; post-secondary Ag diploma or CCA and/or previous sales experience is considered an asset
-ability to work in high paced environment with seasonal peaks
-must have superior customer service and interpersonal skills
-salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
