Galon Insurance & Mortgage Brokers is currently interviewing for a Personal Lines Account Manager. This individual will work closely with new and existing customers to provide insurance advice and solutions based on the individual customer needs.

The duties of the Personal Lines Account Manager include, but are not limited to:

- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including automobile, property, and travel/health insurance
- Service existing client accounts
- Preparing and sending customer paperwork
- Professionally handle and resolve customer issues to the best of your ability
- Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, and learn new skills

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who possesses the following characteristics and qualifications:

- Passion for customer service
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A level 1 insurance licence
- Minimum 1 year experience with selling Personal Insurance Products
- Experience with SigXP software is preferred
