WSA is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Financial Services group.  Reporting to the Vice President Corporate Services, an employee in this position will develop policies and oversee the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of accounting, reporting and budgeting systems, practices and procedures. This employee will ensure adequate internal financial controls are in place to safeguard the assets of the Water Security Agency (WSA) and ensure the financial success of the organization.  

This employee will be responsible for establishing policies which will have corporate wide financial internal control implications and this position plays a key role in the development and implementation of short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting.

This position will oversee organizational budget processes with an awareness of and involvement in organizational changes from a budget perspective and provides strategic financial guidance and expertise to management as well as establish, track and control operating and capital budgets and collaborate with Executive Management and government officials in the preparation of budget documents and presentations.
