Job Description: The Manager - Infrastructure Delivery is accountable for maximizing the asset value, minimizing the risk of facility-related failures, and enhancing the 'fit-for-purpose' nature of $1.64B of facility assets across the SHR.  

Responsible for the on time and on budget completion of major renovation projects within SHR facilities using in-house employees or contracted service providers.  The Manager - Infrastructure Delivery is responsible for upholding industry standards, maintaining contract process integrity, and providing timely delivery of capital projects.  The incumbent is accountable for financial responsibility and coordination of project activities.  

Responsibilities include efficiently and effectively planning and managing major capital and facility-related operating projects for both FES  and the Saskatoon Health Region in a manner that complies with all legislation, building codes and SHR policies and procedures.  

Required Qualifications

Project Management Institute certification or equivalent experience
Experience
A well-rounded background in all aspects of facility design, construction, maintenance and operations, augmented with a journeyman's certificate in one of the building trades or a engineering or architectural certificate from an a recognized post secondary institution.
More than ten (10) years of leadership experience in large, complex organizations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Sound working knowledge of project management methodology and ability to apply it to complex projects.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Ability to develop budgets and allocate resources
Knowledge of the healthcare system in Saskatchewan
