The Role:
Creating amazing experiences for customers
Assisting customers with repair inquiries and quotations
Diagnostics, troubleshooting, testing and repair of a variety of products
Software installations, hard drive/SSD formatting and data back-ups/transfers
The Skills:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Reliable, dependable and accountable
Previous customer service experience
Experience in mobile or technology-based industry an asset
