1. Support the development and execution of content for omnichannel distribution
a. Develop quarterly content roadmaps aligned to demand generation goals and objectives and overall marketing strategy
b. Perform external environmental scanning and industry research
c. Design and collaborate with graphic designers and other contractors to develop visuals (photo, visuals, graphics) for social media channels, paid advertising, email, and website.
d. Support on visual assets that align with the demand generation function such as video editing and graphics
e. Support and execute on omnichannel tactics such as podcasts, e-books, whitepapers, articles, webinars, video editing,
f. Lead the management and execution of social media and editorial calendar and planning when required
g. Monitor digital channels to ensure a consistent brand voice and image
h. Prepare and develop creative and project briefs as required
i. Lead the management and execution of SalonScale social media strategy
j. Manage and execute advertising campaigns
2. Lead the management of SalonScales Affiliate program
a. Maintain and develop positive relationships with SalonScale affiliates
b. Report the impact of Affiliate program initiatives on business
c. Support the affiliate program strategy and provide continuous updates and reporting to affiliates
d. Develop and execute social media and resource packages that ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging to share with affiliates
e. Manage contractual obligations and renewals
3. Lead the management of SalonScales SEO strategy
a. Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategy
b. Evaluate and monitor channel attribution driving leads to the website
c. Collaborate with the product marketing and customer success team to evaluate the website platform with recommendations for continuous success
d. Keyword research and monitoring
